Pet Registration

All Subic Bay Freeport Zone residents are required to register their dogs in accordance with the SBMA Housing Guidelines. WIN has been designated the official entity to conduct Pet Registration for SBMA. Registering your dog is easy and available by appointment.

Requirements for Pet Registration:
1.Current rabies vaccination certificate
2.Php 250.00 Registration Fee

Applicants can have their pet vaccinated at the time of registration. Each pet will also receive a short physical examination, and photos will be taken to accompany the registration form. An engraved tag with pet ID number will be provided.

Other vaccines, heart worm and de-worming medications will be available for an additional charge.
